La Preneuse is a small, quiet stretch of coastline just south of Tamarin — best known for its historic Martello tower, calm lagoon access, and a residential character that's stayed largely low-key while other west coast areas have developed more heavily. Properties here are typically standalone villas and bungalows rather than estate housing, with generous plots and direct or near-direct access to the water.
